Who needs sleepy Sunday afternoons when you can go see awesome live music instead? It's good for your mind, body, and the human construct known as your soul. And this shows focus in particular was on being good for the mind.

The ever petulant BRAT were first up. This three piece punk rock machine punched out a procession of tunes that had bodies grooving from the first beat to the very last note.

The Plane Sailors followed up with a more mathy take on their rock. Entwined melodies blended between strings and keys, building up into really big moments in their compositions.

The electronically infused Honeychurch continued the good times with their pop rock leanings. Humorous yet poignant themes permeated throughout their emotionally mixed songs.

PhD let loose with their high energy rock antics to bring the show to an epic close. Their vocalist spoke from their own experiences with Mental Health and how sometimes not doing things is actually the best thing for you. While this is certainly true we're sure that everyone that came out to see PhD were super glad that they did!
